and growing by the day, including institutional owners, local authorities, charities, individuals and family offices. EVERYONE is welcome and no one is too big or too small! Oasis is not seeking to assume management or derive any fees from your involvement: it is a collaborative forum being run out of goodwill.

We have created this group to ensure that, as far as possible, Travelodge property owners are fairly represented in discussions and negotiations with Travelodge and the value of our investments is preserved and enhanced.

While we value the Travelodge brand tremendously and seek to work to support and enhance the brand, we are real estate investors at heart and our overriding objective is to protect and secure the long term value of our investments, which is achieved by supporting and maintaining the Travelodge covenant.

We invite you to join this group (with no legal implications) to ensure your voice is heard and your assets are managed as efficiently and proactively as possible. You are not signing up to a new property manager, merely joining this discussion forum founded and run by Travelodge Landlords. By providing your hotel location and annual rent it enables us to quantify the total representation we as a group of owners have with Travelodge in all matters, current and future. Your information will be treated very sensitively and remain confidential.
